Delivery We cannot Guarantee next working day delivery although in most cases your order will be received within 2-3 working days * All UK Orders are sent out by Royal mail Recorded delivery service first class post, a tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is processed. * A flat rate charge which applies to all UK orders under £100. * For UK orders sent by Royal Mail we are unable to make any enquiries into the whereabouts of your product until 15 working days have elapsed. For EU orders please contact us for delivery costs. International deliveries are subject to the buyers preferred postage method and all costs incurred are the responsibility of the buyer. Once the proof of carriage documents such as Tracking Number or Custom documents have been approved by the buyer, property of goods is passed to the buyer. Touches accepts no liability for delivery of items outside of the UK. All charges incurred such as cost of clearing, import duty, demurrage, detention and or any other cost incurred due to what so ever reason shall be for the account of buyer.
